1. How long does it take to receive my order?

All items are made to order. Production time is usually 2–5 business days, followed by standard shipping (5–10 business days depending on location). You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

You can contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to request a change or cancellation. After that, your order may already be in production.
